FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does this work? How do I get a password?

Every couple o' weeks, we present super-secret, time-limited, deep-discounted deals. There is a small window where you can jump in and buy. If you miss that window, sorry but the deal is closed. If you jump in, as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. Super simple. Passwords need to be found. Influencers, friends, family... Poke around.

 

Are you an Authorized Dealer and/or Reseller?

Yes. All of the products we sell are direct from manufacturer. They are authentic and original. We have been licensed by the manufacturers to sell directly to you, the customer.

Are you selling brand-new products?

Yes. Everything we sell is brand-new, factory-direct, and includes all original parts, packaging, instructions, boxes, peripherals, materials, and manufacturer warranties. We DO NOT sell open-box, refurbished, "B-grade", off-market, out-of-market, damaged, returned, or otherwise non-original or non-new products. Everything is brand-new.

May I cancel my purchase and get a refund?

Of course! You have 48-hours from the actual purchase date/time on your receipt, to request a cancellation your order for a 100% refund. After 48-hours, all sales are final and cannot be returned. Because of the time-limited deals we offer, we cannot process refunds after 48-hours. For cancellations, please contact our support email. Will my purchase come with a warranty?

 

All products sold include all original manufacturer warranties. Please see actual warranty information for the product, as this varies by manufacturer, make, and model. All warranty and support will be directly with the manufacturer. We do not provide technical or warranty support. If you are having a problem with a product you purchased, please contact the manufacturer for support.

My purchase arrived damaged or has parts missing, what do I do?

 

Please contact the manufacturer for post-sale warranty replacement and support.

My purchase hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes. But please checking shipping costs prior to purchase. We'll do our best to find the best shipping option (cost, safety, and surety).

Can I pick up my order in person?

 

No. For security reasons, we do not allow over-the-counter purchases or pickups. All purchases will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or licensed carrier. For some specialized equipment, we may offer exceptions, but exceptions are case-by-case and will be restricted to large items only.

Why can I only purchase a limited quantity during a sale?

 

We want to make our snap deals limited, in order to serve the maximum number of possible customers. Our shopping system automatically restricts purchase quantities, depending on the volume of units we have available. Some products we restrict to one unit per customer. Other products, we can offer multiple units.

How often to do you offer Snap Deals?

 

It varies! But if you join our mailing list, you will be notified when the next deal is coming. Our current rate is about 2 per month.

I represent a manufacturer and want to work with you... lunch?

 

Thanks for the interest! We are highly selective with the brands, makes, and models, of equipment that we offer to our customers. In almost every case, we use the equipment we sell ourselves and are intimately familiar with the product(s). That said, if you are a trusted manufacturer that makes a great product, we would love to hear from you. There's a chance we already use your stuff and would love to hear from you! Are you guys evil or into Devil worship?

Nah. But getting a good deal is like being part of a secret society. Once you're in, it feels like we're all wearing black robes doing secret-handshakes, and wearing membership rings. But beyond that, totally normal stuff. Like filmmaking. For 16 hours a day. And spending all of our money on awesome gear. So we can make more art. So we can make more money.
